1. Eat According to Your Dosha

 

In Ayurveda, every person has a unique constitution known as a Dosha — Vata, Pitta, or Kapha. Your digestion is told by your dominant Dosha, and eating consequently can significantly ameliorate your gut health Vata( Air & Space) Warm, wettish, and resting foods like mists, cooked grains, and stews help stabilize digestion. Pitta( Fire & Water) Cooling and soothing foods like cucumbers, coconut, and lush flora help acidity and inflammation.

Kapha( Earth & Water) Light, dry, and racy foods like gusto, legumes, and bitter flora stimulate metabolism. Understanding your Dosha helps you make aware food choices for optimal digestion.

2.Drink Warm Water throughout the Day


Ayurveda emphasizes warm or room – temperature water to support digestion. Cold potables decelerate down digestive enzymes and can weaken your digetive fire. Starting your day with a glass of warm water with bomb helps flush out poisons and stimulates metabolism.

3. Use Digestive Spices
 

Spices are Ayurvedic bootstrappers that enhance digestion and help bloating. Incorporate these into your refections gusto – Stimulates digestive enzymes and reduces nausea. Turmeric –Anti-inflammatory and detoxifying. Cumin – Improves nutrient immersion. Fennel – Relieves bloating and gas.
